Direct Oral Anticoagulants
Speaker: Susan Denopoli, Pharm.D.
Dr. Denopoli is the pharmacist resident at Providence Anticoagulation and Pharmacotherapy Clinic. She will be presenting on the safety profiles and risks of each DOAC, recent studies on DOACs, edoxaban for treatment of cancer associated VTE, and reversal agents available for DOACs.
