In her unique practice in home healthcare, she plays a pivotal role on the pharmacy team commanding pharmacy services to coordinate care by responding to complex medication-related concerns and managing high-risk chronic disease states within a multidisciplinary team (skilled nursing, physical therapists, occupational therapists, registered dietitians, masters in social work). Secondarily, she spends much of her time in her residency to foster and empower APPE student pharmacists through academia and mentorship.
