Annual Awards

For many years, SPA has given awards annually to members of the Inland Northwest pharmacy community in recognition of their support of the mission of the Association and excellence in their field. Nominations come from members, and awards are granted by the Board of Managers. The board decides whether to grant a given award to more than one individual, and award categories may shift year to year.

2024 Nominations

We are now accepting nominations for the 2024 Annual Awards! Look around you and nominate a peer, co-worker, student, or other pharmacy professional with whom you are proud to be associated. Her or his accomplishments bring honor not only to the recipient but also respect for our profession. Nominations are due January 31st!

Nominations may be submitted in the following categories:

Pharmacy of the Year
Pharmacist of the Year
Pharmacy Technician of the Year
Pharmacy Student/Resident of the Year

You do not have to be an SPA member to nominate or receive the award, and you do not need to provide a lot of details about the nominee’s career, just why you feel they deserve recognition at this time. Nominees can come from any area of pharmacy practice: independent, chain, LTC, hospital, specialty, academic, etc.

Current SPA Board members are not eligible to receive awards.
