Learning Objectives
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
- Recognize the need for consideration for blood pressure goals in diabetes therapy.
- Define specific blood pressure goals when treating individuals with diabetes.
- Identify landmark clinical trials that relates to blood pressure control for individuals with diabetes.

The Washington State Pharmacy Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
To Earn CE Credit
To receive credit, you must be a SPA member and complete the evaluation and mark down the secret code that is given for the activity as validation of attending. The evaluation as well as your NABP e-profile ID and birth date MMDD will need to be received by the WSPA in order for you to receive credit.
The Washington State Pharmacy Association only has 60 days from the date of the activity to upload the CPE information to the CPE Monitor. WSPA will upload the CE within 3-4 weeks after the event. It will be your responsibility to check the CPE Monitor before the 60 days to make sure the CE is uploaded in your profile. If there are any problems, you will need to contact WSPA 425-228-7171. CE cannot be uploaded after the 60 days from the date of the event.
